POS and ERP as One

The Nuxbe POS system is not a separate piece of software but a fully integrated part of your ERP. Sales at the register flow directly into inventory management, accounting, and customer history without interfaces or data transfers.

The Flutter-based application runs on tablets and desktops and reliably synchronizes transactions even during brief connectivity interruptions. This ensures your register operations are secured even in environments with unstable networks.

 

 

 

 

    



 

### Register Management

 Manage multiple registers and register stations centrally in Nuxbe. Define user permissions, assign staff, and keep track of all active sessions. Administration is handled comfortably through the ERP, while a streamlined interface awaits at the register.

 

 

 

 

    



 

### Session Handling

 Every register session is neatly recorded with opening and daily closing. Opening balance, cash receipts, card payments, and discrepancies are automatically captured. The daily closing provides a complete report for accounting.

 

 

 

 

    



 

### Offline-Capable Synchronization

 Thanks to the Flutter-based architecture, the register continues to operate during connectivity interruptions. Transactions are stored locally and automatically synchronized with the ERP when the connection is restored, without any data loss.
