POS and ERP as One

The Nuxbe POS system is not a separate piece of software but a fully integrated part of your ERP. Sales at the register flow directly into inventory management, accounting, and customer history without interfaces or data transfers.

The Flutter-based application runs on tablets and desktops and reliably synchronizes transactions even during brief connectivity interruptions. This ensures your register operations are secured even in environments with unstable networks.

Register Management

Manage multiple registers and register stations centrally in Nuxbe. Define user permissions, assign staff, and keep track of all active sessions. Administration is handled comfortably through the ERP, while a streamlined interface awaits at the register.

Session Handling

Every register session is neatly recorded with opening and daily closing. Opening balance, cash receipts, card payments, and discrepancies are automatically captured. The daily closing provides a complete report for accounting.

Offline-Capable Synchronization

Thanks to the Flutter-based architecture, the register continues to operate during connectivity interruptions. Transactions are stored locally and automatically synchronized with the ERP when the connection is restored, without any data loss.

A day at the till

Signing in with a PIN

At the device an employee signs in with a PIN rather than their full ERP password. The PIN is stored on the user record, and the device then receives an access token of its own that can be revoked individually.

Selling when the network is gone

A sale is created on the device and gets a unique identifier there. If the connection drops, selling continues and the sales are submitted later. Because each identifier is accepted only once, repeated transmission never produces a duplicate receipt.

Closing the shift and cashing up

A shift opens with a starting float and closes at the end. The cash-up sets cash against card payments, states the difference and produces a report for accounting. Where configured, a sale also generates an invoice under the chosen document type.

Setup

Create tills, issue PINs, connect the device

In the ERP each till gets a record linked to the warehouse it sells from, plus the bank account and the document type for the invoice. That is how a till knows where stock is deducted and where the revenue is posted.

Then employees get their PIN. Without one nobody can sign in at a device, and revoking a PIN locks access immediately without touching the ERP account.

Finally the device is connected to the installation and pulls the master data on its first run. From then on it transfers only changes, which stays practical even over a weak connection.

Limits

What belongs to the project rather than the install

German cash register law requires a certified technical security device. The package keeps the log for it and holds the fields ready, but connecting a specific signing device is part of the rollout project rather than the installation. Anyone operating a till in Germany settles that point before the first day of trading.

Card readers, receipt printers and cash drawers are driven by the application on the device, not by the ERP. Which hardware is suitable therefore depends on the till application and belongs in the hardware selection.

The till is built for selling over the counter. Loyalty cards, voucher schemes and points programmes are not part of this package.
