Products, prices, stock, orders and customers move between the two systems automatically. Your shop stays the sales channel, your ERP stays the source of truth – no double data entry, no drifting inventory. ### Product & Price Sync Push products, prices and stock levels from Nuxbe to Shopware. Changes in the ERP reach the storefront automatically, so customers always see correct availability and pricing. ### Order Import Shopware orders flow into Nuxbe as they come in, complete with customer and line-item data. Fulfilment, invoicing and accounting happen in one place. ### Customer Matching Storefront customers are matched to existing contacts or created automatically. Every order links to the right account, keeping your CRM and order history consistent. In practiceWhat moves between shop and ERP ------------------------------- ### Products and categories out of the ERP Products, categories, prices, units and VAT rates are written from Nuxbe into the shop. Categories carry their shop copy with them, heading, subline, search engine title and the content above and below the product list, so the editing stays in one place. ### Orders without a wait Shopware reports a new order immediately over a webhook. If a notification goes missing, a recurring poll picks it up. The customer is matched to an existing contact or created, and the order lands in the ERP. ### Status back into the shop When the order, payment or delivery status changes in Nuxbe, the matching state is set in Shopware. Which Nuxbe state leads to which Shopware state is defined once in a mapping rather than in code. SetupCredentials, mappings, first run -------------------------------- First the integration needs access to the shop's admin interface: address, application ID and secret. Then the sales channel you sell through and the category the navigation hangs off. Next you decide what is reconciled at all. Products, categories, media, prices, properties, orders, customers and states can each be switched on individually. Custom fields missing in Shopware are created by a command of its own. Finally the webhooks are registered in the shop and the mappings maintained: fields to fields, payment methods to payment methods, states to states. All of it happens in the interface. ### Requirements - A Shopware 6 shop with admin interface access - A sales channel and a navigation category - Mappings for payment methods and states - Registered webhooks for orders and customers - A running schedule for polling and reconciliation LimitsWhere the integration draws the line ------------------------------------ What gets changed on a product inside the shop does not come back. Products, prices and categories flow from the ERP into the shop only, and the next run lets the Nuxbe state win. In the other direction, orders and customers are read and never modified in Shopware. The initial backfill imports open orders only. That is deliberate, because an established shop would otherwise push tens of thousands of completed transactions into an ERP where nobody needs them any more. Tracking numbers only reach the shop when the shipping package is installed as well. And the field mapping copies values from one place to another; anyone who has to calculate or reshape on the way needs a small extension for it.
