Build subscriber lists straight from your existing contact and address data, with no export or third-party tool required. Delivery runs through Mailgun, so large campaigns reach the inbox while the reputation of your own mail server stays protected. ### Lists From Your Contacts Build and manage subscriber lists backed by your FluxERP contact and address models. Recipients stay in sync with your CRM, so every campaign targets current data without manual exports. ### Mailgun Delivery Campaigns are sent through Mailgun's infrastructure, keeping deliverability high for thousands of recipients and shielding your own mail server from bulk-sending reputation damage. ### Campaign Tracking Follow opens, clicks, and bounces for every campaign. Engagement data flows back into the contact, so you always know who is reading and who to follow up with. In practiceFrom the list to the report --------------------------- ### Lists that maintain themselves A list can be fixed or derived from a saved filter, every customer in a region with an order in the past year, say. In the second case it keeps itself current instead of being exported again before every send. Importing from a CSV file works as well. ### Consent you can evidence New recipients confirm their subscription through a mail that can be sent again when needed. The advertising status on the contact is kept in step, so the consent lives in the CRM rather than in a tool beside it. ### Unsubscribes that actually stick Every mail carries an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Whoever unsubscribes lands on a suppression list covering the whole client. Bounces and complaints go there too, so an address does not reappear in the next campaign. SetupDomain, key, callbacks ---------------------- The prerequisite is a Mailgun account with a verified sending domain. The records for sender checks and signing go into DNS; that belongs to Mailgun rather than to Nuxbe, but it decides whether your mail reaches the inbox. In Nuxbe the key, domain and region go into the configuration. A callback address is registered at Mailgun that reports delivery, opens, clicks, bounces and complaints back. Sending runs in batches and through the queue, so a large send does not block the application. How many batches leave per minute can be capped where your server or your allowance suggests it. ### Requirements - A Mailgun account with a verified sending domain - The DNS records for sender checks and signing - A registered callback address for delivery events - A running queue worker - Contacts with documented consent LimitsWhere the package stops ----------------------- Mailgun is the only service connected. Without its credentials, sending falls back to the ordinary mail route, which is fine for a handful of recipients and not for a real send. There is no comparison of two subject lines and no calculation of the best sending time. What is reported is opens, clicks, bounces and complaints; no further analysis is provided. Sending to a list stays deliberately with a person. An assistant from the AI package may write drafts and send test mail, but it cannot fire a campaign at thousands of recipients.
