Your products go from Nuxbe to your shop, marketplaces and price comparison sites, and orders from shop and marketplace come back as orders. [ Contact ](https://nuxbe.com/en/contact) One system instead of one interface per channel ----------------------------------------------- The channel manager is a premium package that makes Nuxbe the source for your sales channels. Products, prices and stock go from the ERP to Shopware 6, eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping and idealo. Orders from Shopware, eBay and Amazon are created as orders in Nuxbe. Each channel is a connection with its own rules for price, stock and presentation. Your ERP stays the source, and a change to a product does not have to be repeated in every interface. ### Offers from your catalogue Products are published per channel with the fields that channel requires. Nuxbe validates the mandatory attributes before anything is sent. If something is missing you see it on the product, not as an error from a foreign API. ### Price and stock per channel One price list per connection, plus a buffer and a cap for stock. That keeps you from overselling across channels and lets you serve individual channels more conservatively on purpose. ### Orders back into the ERP Orders from Shopware, eBay and Amazon are fetched and created as orders. For Shopware and eBay you report shipment and tracking number from Nuxbe back to the channel instead of logging in to its interface. ### Errors stay visible Every connection keeps a log and every product shows its state per channel. A rejected offer carries its reason on the product, not in a log file. You see what is not online before the revenue is missing. Channels -------- Each channel is its own module on the same foundation. Channels are built one after another, talk to us if you need a particular one. ### Shopware 6 Your own shop, with products, categories, prices and order import. ### Google Shopping Product data for the Merchant Center, including variants and unit pricing. ### idealo Price comparison billed per click, delivered as a product data feed. ### eBay Offers, price and stock, orders and shipment confirmation. ### Amazon Offers through the Selling Partner API, price, stock and orders. LimitsWhat this package does not do ----------------------------- Amazon only releases buyer data with a separate approval. Without it, orders from Amazon go to one shared collective customer, and there is no shipment confirmation back to Amazon. Google Shopping and idealo are supplied through product data feeds, and no orders come back through them. No channel takes over returns automatically yet. Frequently asked questions -------------------------- What is a channel manager? Software that distributes products, prices and stock from one system to several sales channels and brings the orders back. In Nuxbe the ERP itself is that source, so there is no second tool between warehouse and marketplace. Which online marketplaces and channels are supported? Shopware 6, eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping and idealo. Orders come back from Shopware, eBay and Amazon, while Google Shopping and idealo are supplied through product data feeds. How do I prevent overselling across channels? Each channel can have a buffer and a cap for the stock it reports. No channel reports more than is in the warehouse, and individual channels can be served more sparingly. What happens when a channel rejects an offer? The product shows its state per channel, and an error is shown with its reason on the product. Each connection also keeps a log.
