Every user builds it from widgets that read their figures straight from the data in the system: revenue, open items, purchase invoices awaiting approval, leads, tickets, tasks, working hours and HR figures. The core ships more than 90 of these widgets. One time frame applies to all widgets at once, from today to a range of your choice, with an optional comparison period. Permissions decide which widgets someone may see, so revenue figures do not end up in front of every employee. FeaturesWhat the module does in detail ------------------------------ ### Your own layout - Add, remove, move and resize widgets - Several dashboards as tabs, for example one for sales and one for accounting - Settings per widget, saved per user - Layout changes apply once you save them ### Time frame and comparison Today, yesterday, this or last week, month, quarter, year, or a custom range. - One time frame for every time based widget - Comparison with the previous period or a custom period ### Revenue, orders and accounting - Revenue, average order value, revenue by payment type, by sales representative and by top customers - Revenue, purchases and profit over time - Forecast of recurring revenue and costs from subscriptions - Open items, open deliveries and the strongest products by revenue or units sold - Purchase invoices awaiting approval or not yet assigned - Amounts per ledger account and bank transactions ### Sales and CRM - Leads by state, origin, closing probability and loss reason - Won and lost leads per employee - Expected revenue of the pipeline - Progress towards sales targets - Contact birthdays and recent activities ### Tickets, tasks and time - Your own, unassigned and escalated tickets - Tickets by state, type, employee and customer, plus response time - Your own and overdue tasks - Booked working hours, running timers and billable hours not yet invoiced ### HR, contacts and projects - HR overview with headcount, sick rate, overtime, vacation balances and an absence calendar - A personal overview per employee with vacation and overtime balance - Figures on the contact: open items, orders, payment behaviour and revenue over time - Project overview with tasks by state In practiceA Monday morning with the dashboard ----------------------------------- Management opens Nuxbe and sees on its overview tab last week's revenue compared with the week before, the open items and the purchase invoices still waiting for approval. In sales the same system shows something else: your own leads, the overdue ones among them and where the quarterly target stands. The figures come from the same data, only the choice of widgets differs. Support sees unassigned and escalated tickets. Whoever works on a ticket starts the timer, and the hours later appear in the widget for billable time. Where the module stops ---------------------- Widgets are programmed reports. There is no report builder in which users click together their own figures. A new figure is a new widget that a developer writes as a Livewire component. Extension packages and custom development can ship their own widgets. A dashboard belongs to one user. Layouts cannot be shared or assigned to a role as a template, and the dashboard has no PDF or spreadsheet export. Figures are calculated on load and when the time frame changes, not streamed live. Can every employee have their own dashboard? Yes. Every user arranges their own widgets and can create several dashboards as tabs. Permissions decide which widgets they may see at all. Can I build my own widgets? Yes. A widget is a Livewire component. Widgets in your own project are discovered automatically, and packages can register their own. Because the core is open source, every existing widget can be read as a template. Do the figures update in real time? Widgets recalculate when the page loads and when the time frame changes. The dashboard is not a display that keeps updating figures without a reload.
