A product carries master data, variants built from options such as colour and size, images, multilingual copy, suppliers with purchase prices and its stock per warehouse. Quote, order and shop all read exactly this record. Prices come from price lists per customer with a parent list, rounding and discounts per category. Every order line knows its sales price and purchase price, so the margin is visible as early as the quote. Partial deliveries, partial invoices, returns and purchase orders run in the same process. The Shopware package connects the online shop: products, categories, prices and stock go into the shop, and orders and customers come back as sales orders and contacts. For marketplaces and price comparison portals there is the Channel Manager premium package. Nuxbe is the system behind it; the storefront stays Shopware, or whatever you run today, and is connected through the matching premium package. If you have no shop, you will not get one here. A warehouse management system with conveyor control, picking strategies and radio terminals is something other than stock keeping. Nuxbe keeps stock and movements; a highly automated warehouse wants a solution of its own on top. Marketplaces are not part of the standard. The Channel Manager premium package supplies Shopware 6, eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping and idealo from the catalogue in Nuxbe and pulls orders from Shopware, eBay and Amazon back as sales orders. Every further channel is an integration of its own. Frequently asked questions -------------------------- Does Nuxbe keep stock? Yes. Stock is booked per warehouse, reserved stock is visible, and products with serial numbers are tracked one by one. Nuxbe is not a warehouse management system with picking strategies and radio terminals. Can I set prices per customer? Yes, through price lists per customer with a parent list, rounding, net or gross and discounts per category. On top come percentage discounts per line and discounts on the whole order, as a percentage or an amount. How do online shop orders reach Nuxbe? With the Shopware package the shop reports a new order straight away through a webhook, and a recurring fetch picks up any report that was missed. The customer is matched to an existing contact or created, and the order sits in the ERP as a sales order. Can I sell on Amazon and eBay? With the Channel Manager premium package. It publishes products with price and stock per channel to eBay, Amazon, Google Shopping and idealo and pulls orders from eBay and Amazon back as sales orders. Each channel can get a buffer and a cap for the stock it reports. Can partial deliveries and returns be handled? Yes. An order can be split into a partial order with selected lines, the delivery status runs from open through partially delivered to delivered, and a return is created from the lines that actually come back. Does Nuxbe stop deliveries to customers who pay late? A delivery block and a credit limit on the contact prevent an invoice for as long as they apply. The dashboard shows a customer's open items and payment behaviour right on the contact.
