An event runs from quote to paid invoice as a single record: menu, drinks, staff and rental items are positions on the quote, the confirmed quote becomes the order with one click, and the order produces delivery note and invoice without anyone entering the positions twice. Rooms, vehicles and staff are planned as resources in the calendar, and a double booking is refused. The preparation for each event is handed out as tasks with an owner and a deadline. Stock is kept per warehouse and purchase orders book goods in, which makes Nuxbe the inventory system for catering as well.
